Can you manufacture from our drawing or sample?
Yes. A clear cross-section drawing is normally the fastest way to review a new profile. A physical sample is helpful when the shape, corner details or tolerances cannot be confirmed from the drawing. After evaluation, we will advise whether tooling or a trial sample is required.
Which steel grades and zinc coatings are available?
Specifications such as G300 or G340 steel and coating masses such as 120, 180 or 275 g/m² can be reviewed according to the product and order requirement. The final specification should follow the applicable local standard, project documents and service environment.
What does BMT mean?
BMT means base metal thickness—the thickness of the steel before the zinc or other metallic coating is applied. It should not be confused with the final coated thickness. Stating BMT clearly helps buyers compare products and quotations on the same basis.
What information do you need to prepare an accurate quotation?
Please provide the profile drawing or full dimensions, BMT, steel grade, zinc coating, length, quantity, packing preference and destination port or delivery address. If a local standard or existing product must be matched, please include that information as well.
Can you customise the profile size, thickness and length?
Yes. We can review custom web and flange dimensions, lips, BMT, length, punching, printing and packing. Please send a dimensioned drawing or physical sample together with the required material grade, zinc coating and estimated quantity.
What products does Jinkai manufacture?
Our main products include metal studs and tracks, deflection and wall tracks, furring channels, top cross rails and main channels, wall angles, top hats, ceiling T-grids and related light steel profiles. Supporting boards and accessories can also be discussed for project or distribution orders.
