Depending on the order and destination, quotations can be discussed under terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF. A deposit with the balance paid before shipment is commonly used, while the exact payment terms, currency, port and document requirements are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Can you help calculate container loading quantities?

Yes. After the product list is confirmed, we can estimate the number of pieces or bundles, total weight and container utilisation for a 20-foot or 40-foot container. The calculation considers product length, bundle dimensions, pallet use, weight limits and unloading conditions.

What packing options are available?

Products are normally packed in bundles with straps, wrapping and identification labels selected for the profile and shipment. Pallets can make forklift unloading easier and keep bundles organised, while non-pallet loading can improve container space utilisation.

What is the usual production lead time?

Lead time depends on the final specification, quantity, raw-material availability, tooling, printing and packing. We confirm a practical production schedule after all order details are approved and list the agreed timing in the proforma invoice or order confirmation.

Mill certificates and relevant material or inspection documents can be arranged when required and confirmed in advance. Please state the exact document, standard and batch-traceability requirement during quotation so it can be included in the order plan.

How do you control product quality?

We check raw-material information before production, inspect profile dimensions and length during roll forming, and review the surface, edge condition, bundle quantity, labels and packaging before shipment. Additional inspection requirements should be confirmed when the order is placed.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Can you provide samples before a bulk order?
