How Jinkai Controls Quality from Steel Coil to Finished Profile
Consistent profiles begin with the right raw material and continue through dimensional checks, surface inspection, clear identification and export-ready packaging.
Product consistency begins before roll forming. Jinkai purchases pre-slit galvanized steel coils in material widths matched to each profile design from stable steel suppliers. Before production, we check the order requirements for base metal thickness (BMT), steel grade, zinc coating and surface condition.
During production, our team checks the web and flange dimensions, profile shape, straightness, punching position where required, and cutting length. Measurements are repeated during the production run, particularly after a coil or specification change.
Finished profiles are reviewed for surface quality, edge condition, bundle quantity, labels and packaging. For projects that require identification and traceability, printing can include the product code, size, length, BMT, batch information and production date. Mill certificates or supporting material documents can also be arranged when confirmed as part of the order.
This step-by-step process helps reduce avoidable variation and makes the products easier for distributors, warehouses and installers to identify and manage.
